Forum: movies Subject: Why is somebody else editing our posts?

I just relooked over a post I made at this site on 06/01/06,
For what happened to the Drive In Movie Ads and noticed at the bottom that it had been reedited by someone other than myself.

Why is this happening? And do others really have the right to redit our posts?

There are moderators in these forums, and they may occasionally edit typos, urls, other people's personal email addresses, and other things within posts.

okay, thanks.

Noticed they did not fix all the typos within it very clearly though. There are several words missing from the original post. They must have fixed the url's, thanks though.

Oh, a moderator may go in and tweak one thing (modify a busted url for instance), without polishing the other stuff!
